Rethinking the reference book 

Working with the Rockefeller Foundation, two organizations successfully printed a handbook on intellectual property issues as applied to health and agricultural products in developing nations. For the second edition, the group wanted to create an online version that would augment the published content with expert commentary, existing online resources, and networking opportunities.

Dynamic Diagrams’ research revealed that user roles and range of know-how made it difficult to provide a single user experience. As a result we created a customized experience for multiple user groups with a focus on the topics and case studies that fit their level of expertise.
