Unified product database

Sirius Satellite Radio was struggling to create a unified product information repository to replace a proliferation of inconsistent, incomplete spreadsheets. Product managers in the consumer and OEM divisions were geographically separated and used different vocabularies to describe their products. The company asked Dynamic Diagrams for help in the design of a web-based interface into the repository.

By conducting in-depth user research and providing just enough customization, we created an architecture and interface design that bridged the gap between organizations and helped make product definitions more consistent across the company.
