Vital information, designed for use
Dynamic Diagrams’ relationship with the World Health Organization (WHO) began in 2006 with the design and launch of TropIKA.net, an online resource on tropical diseases. Our analysis focused on the question of how to guide disease specialists to the most relevant content for their work. By diagramming a matrix of diseases, regions, and content types we showed how different navigational systems would work.
The resulting interface helps users quickly find vital resources such as the latest research, news, and reports. The successful launch of TropIKA.net was followed by custom meeting sites that enrich conferences with session reports, presenter profiles, and daily updates.
