Lisa Agustin, Principal User Experience Consultant

Lisa works on analysis, information architecture, interaction design, and project management. At Dynamic Diagrams she has directed the IA and design for a help ticket knowledge base, an online bookstore, an inventory optimization web application, and many other projects. In a previous life, she created online exhibits/resources for science museum professionals, and developed web sites for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. In her spare time, Lisa makes art (courtesy of degrees from Wellesley College and American University) and enjoys answering trivia questions about one-hit wonders by 1980s New Wave bands.
